Telehealth at PsyCare

Picture
We are making every effort to sanitize our offices and keep them germ free.
But if you would like to reduce your exposure...

For your health, for your convenience, PsyCare offers Telehealth.
Telehealth allows you to continue your mental health sessions
as you limit your exposure to COVID19.
Telehealth is a convenient way to keep your weekly appointments, anytime you can't attend in person.
Here's all you need to know to participate at PsyCare:
How to Join Your Telehealth Session

This guide will tell you everything you need to know about Telehealth and how to join sessions using TheraNest, Zoom, or Doxy.me, the tools we use at our practice.
What is Telehealth?
Telehealth is the use of video and audio technologies to support long-distance services between therapists and their clients.

What is TheraNest?
TheraNest is our practice management tool. We use TheraNest to organize our appointments, notes, and billing. TheraNest is HIPAA compliant, private and secure.
What do I need to join a Telehealth session?
You will need the following to join a Telehealth (online therapy) session with your therapist:
  • A link from your therapist, sent to your private email.
  • WIFI with a strong connection.
  • An ethernet cable is the best option for signal strength, but WIFI works!
  • Shut down all background applications to ensure Telehealth receives the majority of your internet’s bandwidth, especially other applications that use your camera.

Zoom is a sophisticated video conference tool. It is also private and secure.
