In this 5 week class we will strengthen our mindful practice and develop a relationship with our reactive inner characters, like Critical Witness and Child-self.
You can reduce inner criticism and anxiety, and Become the compassionate ruler of your Inner World!
As always we will support our practice with concentration meditation and mindful movement.
An introductory class is available for new meditators.
